Our services include: • Flight search and booking for domestic and international routes. • Access to exclusive negotiated fares not publicly available on airline websites. • 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat. • Booking management including changes and cancellations (subject to airline policies). • Travel advisory and concierge assistance for premium travel needs. JetwayPulse acts as a travel agent and is not itself an airline or carrier. All flights are operated by the relevant airlines, and their individual terms and conditions also apply to your booking. JetwayPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized agent of any airline referenced on this site unless explicitly stated. Airline names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the travel options available through our platform.

All bookings made through JetwayPulse are subject to the following: Fare Accuracy: Fares are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and tickets are issued. Prices may change between search and purchase due to availability fluctuations. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All transactions are processed securely via PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and e-ticket details within 15–30 minutes of successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our support team immediately. Service Fees: JetwayPulse charges a service fee for processing bookings. This fee is non-refundable and is disclosed at the time of checkout.

Cancellation policies vary by airline, fare type, and route. By booking through JetwayPulse, you acknowledge the following: Non-Refundable Tickets: Many discounted business class fares are non-refundable. If your ticket is non-refundable, cancellation will not result in a monetary refund. Refundable Tickets: If your fare type allows refunds, a cancellation fee may apply (both from the airline and JetwayPulse). Processing times for refunds can take 7–21 business days. JetwayPulse Service Fee: Our service fee is non-refundable in all cases. Changes: Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines. Date or route changes may be allowed subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact us at least 72 hours before departure for any modification requests. Force Majeure: JetwayPulse is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline operational decisions.

By making a booking through JetwayPulse, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete passenger information including names exactly as they appear on government-issued photo ID. • Ensure all travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any required entry documents for their destination. • Arrive at the airport within the time recommended by the airline (typically 2–3 hours before international departure). • Comply with all airline rules, security regulations, and destination country entry requirements. • Review your booking confirmation carefully and report any errors to us within 24 hours. JetwayPulse is not responsible for denied boarding, missed connections, or entry refusals resulting from incomplete or incorrect traveler information.

Baggage allowances vary by airline, fare class, and route. JetwayPulse will display available baggage information at the time of booking where provided by the airline. However, baggage policies are determined solely by the airline and may change without notice. JetwayPulse recommends checking the airline's current baggage policy before travel. Additional baggage fees charged at the airport are the passenger's sole responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetwayPulse shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. • Flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes made by airlines. • Loss of baggage, personal belongings, or travel documents. • Failure to obtain required travel documents such as visas or passports. • Any actions or omissions of third-party airlines, hotels, or service providers. Our maximum liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to JetwayPulse for that booking.

All content on the JetwayPulse website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JetwayPulse or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of JetwayPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
